Artist's Statement
In my artwork I explore different media to fullfil my never ending passion for art and design. I merge fine arts with writing, photography and design. Sometimes as a result I've got an animated movie, sometimes an art book or just an idea which needs to wait for a better moment - for more time or funds.
I'm interested in capturing and illustrating of thoughts, memories and feelings - this what's fragile and passes away very quickly. I use different techniques to match particular ideas; sometimes a drawing is just better to illustrate a particular thought than a photography - sometimes opposite.
There are days when I think that movie is the best medium for me - because it can contain each discipline of art - mixed together in an illustrated message with layers of meanings - that's why almost every year I come back to animated movies' making.
